“ Amazing food with amazing service. Went there with family and the hospitality was greatly appreciated, we were given some type of crisp which tasted really good. We tried several items but my personal favorite was the butter chicken , garlic naan , samosas , and not to mention the mango lassi !! Portions of the butter chicken and rice was generous! Will definitely be back again! ”
“ My fiancé and I come here at least once a month. Every time we've had a long week, we have Koyla to look forward to as a reward. This restaurant made us fell in love with Indian food. Compared to other Indian Restaurants, Koyla's tikka masala still ranks #1 for us. Jason is the homie and his customer service is always so welcoming. Mohit is also very great and so helpful. ”
“ Always great tasting food. Open late on Sundays and always great meal. Staff is courteous and attentive. Highly recommended ”
“ Every time that we come to this place, we greeted with a smile we are always provided with professional and friendly service. We pretty much order the same garlic, naan, goat, curry, and a side of rice with a mango lassi. The food is very tasty fresh and that's why we always keep coming back ”
“ This restaurant is very quiet, has ample seating. There were only a few people dining in however each table appeared to be thoroughly enjoying their food. Service was prompt, our waiter provided recommendations, and drinks stayed filled. The food was delicious. We had samosas, lentil and vegetable soup, palak paneer, buttered Roti, and a first for me shrimp curry which was very delicious. If you are in the area definitely a must try. ”
“ Came here for lunch buffet 10+ years ago. It was so cheap and delicious. Great indian buffet. I remember the tikki masala and the tandoori chicken. Should come back again, glad they're still open. ”
“ Always love this place! Service is top-notch. Our server asked our desired spice level and we said spicy and he kind of reacted in a way that made us question our decision, so we bumped back down to medium. He offered to bring the spice separately so we could manage it ourselves. We ended up dumping it into the lamb vindaloo and it was incredible. We told him we were able to handle the heat and he was impressed! It was busy but not overly so and they have nice sized tables for dining in. Always enjoy a refreshing mango lassi too! We always enjoy ourselves here! Thanks, Koyla! ”
“ Loved our dinner here. The quality of service and cuisine was outstanding. We got lamb byriani, chicken tikka masala, a side of rice, and an order of chili garlic naan. We don't have food like this where I live but I wish we did. I hope I didn't offend them with how much food was leftover to take home-- I had a two hour drive to get through and needed to get going, and I wanted to have leftovers for my next meal. The inside was more casual than I'd expected, which was nice. It was comforting and pleasant, not too brightly lit. They are doing a great job making this a nice place to eat. ”
“ My husband and I are newcomers to Rancho and eagerly on the lookout for our go to Indian spot. We've enjoyed some of the best Indian restaurants in the Bay Area and LA and are hoping to find something close. After dining here, our search unfortunately continues, but we still enjoyed our dinner: Fish Pakora (4/5) Husband's favorite dish. I thought it was tasty but preferred a slightly crispier batter. The tangy sauce was good. Palak Paneer (4/5) Good flavor. Could've been a tad creamier for my taste, but I enjoyed this the most. Malai Kofta (2.5/5) A tough critique here, as it's my favorite dish. It lacked the density and sweetness that I savored elsewhere. Others might like this one though if they've never tried it, I think I've just been spoiled with other versions. Still glad we came! Might try the tikka masala if we drop by again. Atmosphere was great and server was very nice. ”
“ The place is slightly more classy than most other Indian restaurants. Dark ambient lighting and jazz music. Sometimes they do play soothing Indian music. The service is more attentive than others. They make sure you get the service you wanted without annoying you. The price point slightly higher by a dollar or two, but reasonable for the overall what you are getting. The food itself isn't bad, I felt I had better. I would rate the taste in the 70 percentile. The butter chicken sauce was exquisite. A little heavy on the tomato side. The chicken is sliced in 1/8" strips approximately. The meat is somewhat tender; fresh foe sure. The portion is good, but i wish I had more sauce to go with the nann, roti, or rice. Overall. It's a place you should give it a try. I give it a solid 4.1 out of 5. ”
